India’s fielding coach R Sridhar says a four-phased training module is being ready for the nation’s elite cricketers, who can attain peak match health with 4 to 6 weeks of training as soon as the camp will get the go-ahead to begin.

And what will represent low-volume-low depth training? Sridhar mentioned it might fluctuate.

“We can’t do identical training daily as we begin with low volume-low depth training. Once we get to the fourth week when excessive volume-high depth training begins, the palms will get used to arduous balls coming at 140km an hour, 130km an hour, that’s when match-training will begin.
